My new favorite catchy garage pop (perfect musical marriage of sounds in my humble opinion) band is New York City's own Darlings. I am completely addicted to their song Eviction Party. It's a fun little dance tune that simply makes you feel good.
Darlings are lined up to play the SXSW circuit, naturally, but have a FREE gig in New York on February 17 @ Bowery Electric. Yes, you read that correctly...It's free!
