I hope you all had lovely weekends! I'm enjoying the cold rainy Sunday with a little NPR, the NYT, Italian espresso and minimal wave by the Evenings. Listen to their song Still Young and new North Dorm EP here.

Stay cozy on this cold day. I'm actually bummed I have to leave and go to a holiday party downtown later this evening. I'd rather be home making soup all day, honest.

It's September, the kids are back in school, the days are getting a bit shorter, summer is wrapping up, light jackets are being moved to the front of the closet, Labor Day is around the corner and the fall 'to do' lists are being created...

In honor of my favorite season, I'm posting this video gem and ode to the best time of the year from the Evenings. Goodbye summer. You were a good one this year and I look forward to embracing you again next time around.
